Well, whenever I start feeling sorry for myself about how heavy and difficult my life is, I think of Sarah.

Yes, she too wanted to be a calm mom and stop yelling at her toddler daughter. But also...

This brave mom went already through more than what would be enough of pain and struggle for 2-3 lifetimes.
From growing up with alcoholic parents, into becoming an addict and diagnosed with mental disorder, all the way to her husband passing away practically in her arms less than a year ago.

More than enough reasons to be totally broken, out of control, stressed out, and taking it out on her daughter.

And yet, when you see her, she's so strong, resilient and at peace.

How is she doing it?
How did she heal from all of that?

Listen in and do get inspired.

Because if Sarah could become a perfectly imperfect, calm mom, why couldn't you?
